Approaches
I use an integrative, insight-oriented approach to therapy to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My work is grounded primarily in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapy, exploring how unconscious patterns and early experiences may influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I also incorporate holistic psychotherapy rooted in psychosynthesis, which honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. This approach supports deep, lasting emotional growth rather than focusing only on symptom relief.
I believe we all have an innate capacity to heal and thrive, though life experiences can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected, anxious, or stuck. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we explore what works best for you.
Depending on your needs, I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, play therapy approaches, existential therapy, somatic experiencing, and EMDR to create an individualized treatment plan.
